Our Service may allow you to provide input that contributes to the generation of content. You retain any ownership rights to such original content. However, by providing input to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your input for the purpose of operating and improving our Service.

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content for your personalized morning show: the show script is written using OpenAI technology and converted to audio using Google Gemini voice synthesis. The content is generated based on preferences you provide and may include news summaries, weather forecasts, jokes, and other audio segments. The show hosts, Max and Lena, are fictional AI characters — their voices are entirely synthetic and they are not real people.

We may offer subscription-based access to our Service in the future. If we do, additional terms regarding payment, billing, renewals, and cancellations will be provided and will become part of these Terms.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tysk Games Ab. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Tysk Games Ab shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

If such dispute cannot be settled amicably within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tysk Games Ab regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
